.rhosts issue

My response to Dan Freedman couldn't get through, but I thought this might
be of interest to all. The recommended
solution was to put an empty .rhosts in the user's home directory, owned by
root and with permissions 000.
Actually, we tried that solution. If your users have write privilege to
their home directory, which of
course they will, all they have to do is rm .rhosts, and then create their
own.
