Detecting memory leaks on system

I've previously asked what tools out there I could
use to detect Memory Leaks and was recommended Purify
and SparcWorks. My task is that I don't know which
process is causing memory leakage (or even if there
is one but have been asked to check that possibility
out), is there any tool out there that will check all
running processes to see if there is any memory
leakage vs. just a select few?
Would appreciate your help. Thanks.
