Based on the responses I received, I have set up such a list (though I
have chosen to name it "sun-talk") on an *experimental basis*. This means
that it may not work as planned, and if the benefits outweigh the work, I
may find it necessary to shut it down.
Those of you who would like to take part in the experiment, you can
subscribe to the list by sending a message to "sun-talk-request@kcls.org"
with a body of "subscribe".
