Excursion

A half-day guided excursion to Toledo has been planned.

Toledo was one of the most important centers of European medieval history. Described by Titus Livius as a "small fortificated town", it was the capital of Spain from Gothic times until 1560. Toledo offers a showcase of medieval architecture, good examples including its cathedral or the monumental walls around the city. Toledo offers also a unique blend of the traditions of Christian, Moorish, and Jewish culture.

Social Dinner

The Social Dinner will be held at Chinchon's Parador, located in the heart of Chinchon, a small town near Madrid. Its building was formerly an Augustinian convent, with only two floors and an inner courtyard surrounded by ample corridors, enjoying arcs between the columns.
